up to me I would agree on his views that they way they have shown India in the film is quite horrible. This is not an Indian movie.Also it is that were Rahman has got award working for a American movie and not an Indian. We may be proud only for he is an Indian but truely we should celebrate the movie as a whole.

It was good watching . While wacthing the movie there was so much questions how he grew, will he meet the girl again , what happened to his brother, will he , Why he never said the ans wat Anil said & How he got into the game( Which till the last I could not understand). Relating each question to his life was good.

My favorite scene is were Salim goes about explaining about Taj Mahal to the tourist & saying that Mumbaj died in an road accident.

Salim throughout the film seems to be so bold. Even at the end he faces dead so bold. Though he was a loving brother, the way decided to live shows him bad.

1.For me i would not agree for the article which have been adverdise in hindu. The way they took the film was really interesting.
2.My veiw about the film was i don't Salim to be dead even though he is a bad guy acording to Lathika but he saved Jamal's life.Instead of killing him he could have been punished him in another way.
3.The favourite Scene in the film was the last seen that is Lathika went and join with Jamal I like that seen because it was too touching to my heart.. And one of the horrible Scene in this movie was making the Aravinda's eye into burn..
4.For me Salim is not guy and also i would not say he is a good guy. he saved Jamal's life at many time's. At the last he would say lathika sorry for his mistake that he have to her.According to my Salim's charater is really to Feel sorrow because he loved his brother very much .. According to the situation in his daily life which made him as a bad guy..

i.i seriously dont see why arindham choudhary got so upset over the movie.it is not like the movie brought out anything that didn't exist here in our country.would you have honestly cared for the movie if it was just about an average kid who came from a middle class background who played the game and won the million bucks ? of course not ... it was those negative things ( riots, underworld ,prostituition , begging, etc . as mentioned his article)and all those terrible events that had happened in jamal's past that made the movie more dramatic. it was about a boy from the slums and obviously most of the shots had to cover the slums. had an indian directed this movie , it wouldn't have faced so much criticism. besides,the movie also showed how a "slumdog" was capable of answering questions to which most of us didn't know the answers to . and so i honestly believe that the movie wasn taken just to ridicule our country ..
2.the movie had a strong storyline, talented actors n technicians , and good cinematography. the movie as a whole i found it to be brilliant. it was nothing but pure entertainment and i felt it satisfactory.
3.the scene that i didn't like would be the one where little jamal falls down into human feacal matter just to get to amitabh bachchan . this shows how desperately obsessed people are with bollywood actors and how much they're influenced by their glitz n glamour.
4.salim is one messed up character. but u cant really blame him entirely for it. the environment and the situation he grew up in drove him to do the things that he did. there wasn't anyone to tell them what they did was good or bad.but at the end salim finally realises his mistake and does the right thing to atone for all the misery he had caused. so that doesn't make him eniterly bad as he did have a heart n helped jamal and latika get back together.

1. I don understand what on earth has got into Mr.Arindam chowdry's mind.To be frank I just hated the way in he criticized the movie. I mean it wasn't bad at all. The India portrayed in the movie is not anyway wrong.Just because a foreigner directed the movie it doesn't mean the movie is bad. He should try to be more appreciative. That is all I can say.
2. According to me the movie was really good. It was very different from the usual ones i see. The screenplay was good too. The character of Jamal is quite interesting. But to say if the movie was really as good as it is being hyped up I really don have an answer.
3. My favorite scene in the movie was when Lathika had a bath and came out for the towel and Jamal was turning his face while giving it and where she says 'you are a good guy Jamal'. It was kinda cute.
4.'People change when their situation changes' and Salim is a very good example for this. In most of the places he was shown as a loving brother and all the wrong deeds he did was just to earn a living (except one). But this kind of attitude definitely cannot be encouraged at any cause. But for me he sure is a good guy.

first i would like to say that the way he wrote the article is perfect.i agree with his comment because as he said the language and dialogues they used in the film was somewhat horrible eg:'THIS IS REAL INDIA'.its my view point also,the thing is already our country being shown to others as nasty,Being a movie that reach all over the world really makes others mind in dilemma.you can say its just an film but don't forget to remember that movie can change our culture too...

the screenplay was really apt but i would like to ask the people who made this film that this is only our real INDIA?nothing can be shown other than this?people who really love INDIA and like to develop our country hate this and me the same....!

1. According to me the way how Mr.choudhary's article was ausum. I agree with him because there is lot of things which is happening very good in India why they want to mention the bad things alone. Its just like that they want to criticize the India among the world .And many dialogues in the film was horrible. It shows India as a bad country. But iam quiet happy that the film won the award. And i was also happy for the award won by A.R.Rahman.
2.They shown the film in very different angle and i liked that angle. But the film was not too interesting because of his editing part it became interesting.
3.favourite scene:
When Jamal choose the option D Eventhough Anil kapoor gives the option B. This show how the high society people hates the slum people.
4. To analysis Salim's character is going to be dead tuff because Sometimes he will be a good guy but sometimes he will be just opposite to the word "good".As shobana said no one is there to teach him how he wants to be a good boy. But iam happy atlast he become a true brother.

CHOWDRY article.Expect the scene where d jamal says about the INDIA when he pushed in front of the foreigner..Otherwise the movie was intresting..for tat he is blaming the whole movie is really horible
A2:i liked the movie SLUM DOG MILLIONAIRE.Is was an intresting movie.jamal answes to the question of anil kapoor was gud.The question was related to his life was beautifully shown in the movie.
A3:My favorite scene in the movie is where jamal says tat mumtaz died in the road accident. The way he explained shows his innosence.
A4:According to salim's charecter,he had need of money this makes him to do wrong thing's.when comes to realtionship with jamal, he is such a loveable brother.At last he died for his brother's love was really touching the heart.

ans1: i won't agree with Arindham choudhary's article... bcoz some indian director's also were showing bad things... but we r not taking that into our mind... but danny boyal who was the director of slumdog, he's not an indian, so pnly we r blaming him.... actually he have shown a one man movie, its not an indian movie... i would like to ask one question, in slum areas people r aliving like this only na. so first we should correct our mistakes. anyway slumdog millionaire got 10 awards.. for that i feel so happy..
ans2: slumdog millionaire was quite interesting film... i liked that movie, in that i liked jamal's character very much.... bcoz he had acted well...but as chellam said while i was watching the movie i also had a question, that how did they grow, after latika went wit salim, wat happen to her.. this is all my ques.. at last the movie was so interesting..
ans3: my fav scene is jamal was explaning abt tajmahal... and finally he called her to know the answer, and end part of the movie.
ans4: salim was too caring abt his brother from that he seems he was good... but he was doing wrong things.. eventhough according to me he was good boy... finally i felt so bad bcoz he died... no need that scene to his character... finally he had helped to jamal's love...

1. I dont agree with choudry's article because they didnt show anything that doesnt happen in India, it happens everywhere in INDIA. There are many people in our country to find fault in others but they wont take any measure to correct it.
2. I liked the film, it was good but i didnt like the film name because a man is called as dog since he came from slum... i think this film is not so worthy for oscar awards...
3.My favorite scene is when jamal calls salim, salim identifies jamal's voice this shows how much he love his brother.the horrible scene is the man making the small boy blind...
4.I like the salim character very much bcoz basically he is not a bad guy, he turns out to be gangster since he shot the man to save his brother. i only mistake he made his with lattika. finally he let latika out for his brother's happiness and sacrificed his life. salim character is a very lovable one.

As i heard that this film is very good and it is meant for award i expected a lot in this film but i think i expected much . It is not upto my expectations.

I agree with choudhary's view because in india there are many beautiful places to make flim but they showed india in a very horrible manner and peoples who has ever visited india might think that this is real india and it would have become the mindset for them.

The movie is good ;it also made my mind thinking about what would come next . the characters of this movie is also very good and the two little boys were cute; they did their roles in a fantastic manner . the songs are also good.

1.One of the best article i ve ever read in my life.Initially i too liked the movie but after i read his article i was literally shocked. It was onli then i realised the dark side of the movie.the facts, the coining of words, the language he used was jus awesome. HATS OFF TO HIM!!
2.Movie was good but was not upto the mark. I should praise the editor for his fabulous work in the movie and even the acting of those small children in the movie. I think that they probably deserve the prize than anyone else in the movie.thier acting was jus brilliant . Music was not up to the mark either.
3. I would say my favourite scene would be the scene where tat little guy fell into shit inorder to get an autograph from amitabh bachan an one more scene where the rather grown up guy says nonsenseical stories abt TAJMAHAL.
4. Well he's a very shrewd an bold guy according to me coz he used his presence of mind most of the time very well and it was most evident when he saved his brother from tat orphanage. He was sucessful in life ; he lived a luxurios life until he died but he made a lot of wrong choices in his life. He saved his brother a no of times. He sacrificed his life for the well being of his brother. Alas he was punished for his poor choices.

2.I like the movie very much. It was interesting and different to watch it. The background scores by AR.Rahman was good. But there are some mistakes in this film. Why he never said the answer what Anil said & How he got into the game( Which till the last I could not understand).
3. In this film the scene i liked the most was ‘Jamal guiding the foreigners and explaining about taj mahal to them’.
4. Salim is a kind person who does anything for money and his loved ones. He does whatever he thinks. He loved his brother very much. In most of the places he was shown as a loving brother and all the wrong deeds he did was just to earn a money. At last he died for his brother's love was really touching the heart.

I’m very happy to watch this movie along with my friends. And my answers are listed out below,
1. I don’t know why Arindham choudhary has damaged this film very strongly. Yes, this film portrayed all the bad things of India. But, can any one disagree these kind of things are not happening in the country? Definitely not, if an Indian directed this film, then they won’t criticize this much. Arindham choudhary pointed out only the dark things in the film. But, there are so many nice things in the film but he didn’t mention anything about those things. I totally hate his comments; it was totally against the film.
2. I loved this film very much. But I was little disappointed because of the media hype I expected more from this film. Anyway it was a fine film to watch. And i liked editing part of this film. And of course A. R. Rahman music and direction impressed me very much.
3. The scene I loved most is the climax of the film. When Jamal calls his brother's mobile, Lathika attend his call and even lathika says don’t know to the answer, Jamal feels very happy. That was very nice. I don’t have any scene to hate. I loved very scene of the movie.
4. Salim character was very much confusing. From the beginning of the film we don’t know what he will do. He saves Jamal in childhood. But later he took away Lathiha from him, and then in the climax he again let her to meet Jamal. It was very strange character. We can’t expect what he will do. But, he is some what affectionate towards his brother. Because of his bad thoughts, he does many mistakes. He wanted to earn more money but for his brother's happiness he dies. It was very touching. And over all the character stands strongly in very one's heart.
